At the WellBridge Intensive Outpatient Program, adults and seniors in need of mental healthcare receive a full complement of resources. Some patients, especially those who may be experiencing a heightened period of mental health distress, may come to the IOP for several hours per day on several days per week. This period of intensive treatment helps to rapidly reduce the severity and frequency of symptoms and help patients regain peace of mind. The WellBridge IOP provides individual and group therapy sessions, medication management, and other mental health services patients may need to maintain good health.
