WellBridge Fort Worth offers Recreational and Activity Therapy as a cornerstone to help patients gain insight into how recreational activities can help improve mood, encourage socialization, and promote the need for positive leisure activities. WellBridge programming offers many activities, including but not limited to:

Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment Programs

Mental Health Treatment for Adults & Seniors

Patients admitted to the Inpatient Mental Health program receive 24-hour supervised psychiatric treatment and crisis support for mental health issues. Emphasis is on identifying crisis symptoms, stabilizing behaviors, identifying environmental supports and increasing the coping skills of each patient.

Inpatient substance use services include private treatment for medically assisted detox, therapeutic interventions, and rehabilitation for addiction and use of alcohol, prescription drugs, opioids and other mood-altering substances.

Live Well Recovery Program™ for Co-Occurring Diagnosis

A customized treatment plan will address the symptoms of a patient suffering from co-occurring psychiatric and substance use issues. Dual diagnosis provides treatment for addiction while also addressing the symptoms of the co-occurring mental condition.

Inpatient Treatment Programs

The inpatient services of WellBridge Fort Worth provide compassionate, comprehensive and intensive mental healthcare treatment to adults with psychiatric, addictive, and co-occurring responses. During inpatient treatment, patients will learn to manage their mental health or addiction use through a combination of behavioral and holistic therapies, wellness education, recreational activities and medication when necessary. Most of the patients we treat are feeling better and return home within about two weeks.

Intensive Outpatient Program

The Intensive Outpatient Program at WellBridge Fort Worth provides patients and their families with a more flexible option to help manage mental health or substance use conditions. Outpatient treatment is a therapeutic, recovery focused, group program held in a safe environment, providing therapy and ongoing symptom management tools. Outpatient treatment intensity can vary by necessity, but is typically held for a few hours a day, three days per week, at the hospital.
